Attention, all pups who love water, this is a friendly PSA: it’s summer! You know what that means, it’s time to splash in the pool and play around under sprinkles and hoses. Have fun, and make sure you’ve perfected your doggy paddle!
And just look at that! A pup has already leaped straight into the pool. He’s paddling and swimming like a pro, then slowly leaning back until – oh! What’s this? He’s standing on his hind legs in the pool!
That dawning realization that he can stand in the pool is the best thing you’ll ever see. He goes from surprised to confused to happy in all of about three seconds – you can see it in his eyes! He must be feeling proud of how tall he is!
No more need to paddle around now – if he wants to cool off, he can just stand up straight in the pool and let the water rush over him!
