Next time you come across someone from the customer service department, you’d be curious to know if they are as witty as this customer service executive from Tesco. Everything seemed usual for Rob, a customer service executive at Tesco, until one of Tesco’s customers, Wes Metcalfe, decided to entertain everyone with a whimsical tale of a dead worm found in one his packed cucumbers which he bought from Tesco.
Things took off as soon as Wes decided to share on Facebook, his experience of shopping at a Tesco in Dinnington, Sheffield. After finding a suffocated and probably dead worm wrapped within one of his cucumber package, Wes was not the one to be silent about this.
