If I say the phrase “intelligent animalâ€, what comes to mind? Chances are there are plenty of creatures that pop up in your head. Parrots should definitely be on that list somewhere! Not only can they learn to talk, they’re also great companions and lots of fun to be around!
Case in point, meet Cody the parrot! Not only has he learned to speak, he’s also learned plenty of terms and actions from his mommy that make him all the more adorable. His bright, energetic personality can lighten up any room and brighten up the gloomiest of days. Check out his antics in the video below!
While perched on Mommy’s shoulder, Cody reveals his favorite game: peek-a-boo! But before that, he says hi several times and gives Mommy plenty of playful kisses. What a sweet thing he is! And then he starts playing, turning his head away, and then looking back suddenly at Mommy and yelling “Peek-a-boo!†Doesn’t that just make you smile?

Even better, Cody’s enjoying himself so much that he can’t help but laugh at this little game he’s playing! He giggles and chuckles along with Mommy before he goes again, and again, and again. It’s a never ending game and he definitely is loving every second of it!
